• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communication, hospitality or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven working experience (at least 1 year ) in event planning and execution is a plus.
• Training provided, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events silumtaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to work outside of regular business hours and travel as needed.
• Possess own Transport.
• Required to work on weekend.

Tanggungjawab

• Plan and coordinate various aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, and participant management.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Involve in all hands on work, preping such as painting, crafting, and diy projects to ensure through event preparation.
• Execute timely and efficient event set-up and dismantle activities within specified time frames.
• Style events according to the specified design and theme, ensuring a visually appealing and cohesive atmosphere.
• Part of the balloonist role, create balloon order arrangement, check stock
• Maintain a basic foundation in managing computer systems and stock inventory related to event styling materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into balloon designs and event styling.
