Job Description


The Event Executive will be responsible for planning, excecutive & coordinating the company\'s participation in baby and mother care expo or workshop in local or Singapore. This role involves working closely with exhibition organizer and internal team to ensure the smooth running.Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, promote product and coordinate the company\'s participation in baby and mother care expo or workshop.
  • Coordinate Booth Setup & teardown of booths post-event, ensuring all materials are accounted for and safely returned.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within the allocated budget.
  • Organize and arrange all necessary logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and meals for the team and part-timers.
  • Ensure that all promotional materials, product samples, and displays are ready and available for the event.
  • Recruit, train, and manage part-time staff and promoters to ensure they are well-prepared to represent the brand.
  • Provide product training for Store Dealer\'s Staff
