• SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
• Aggressive and fast learner.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Computer literate and numerate.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

ResponsibilitiesIMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!

• Promoting Exhibitions, conventions and trade shows to potential customers

• Responding to inquiries concerning services provided and costs for exhibition spaces, booths, accommodation costs, room and equipment hire, catering and related services

• Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and outlining sponsor packages options

• Arranging and coordinating services such as Booth Requirements, Hotel Accomodation needs, Company signage, displays, audiovisual and computer equipment, accommodation, transport and social events for participants, and logistical arrangements for event.

• Organizing registration of participants

• Negotiating the type and costs of services to be provided within budget

• Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders. To ensure that work is carried out and is adequate to attention.
