What You'll Be Doing (aka your day-to-day magic):

Team up with clients and our internal crew to bring big ideas to life ? Scout the perfect venues, dream up themes, and source the coolest vendors Build timelines, budgets, checklists (and playlists?) like a pro Be the point person on-site -- solving problems with a calm head and a can-do attitude Juggle multiple events without breaking a sweat (or spilling your coffee) Help create marketing content to hype up events online and IRL Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes -- you're basically the MVP of logistics Post-event wrap-ups: collect feedback, analyze results, and high-five the team for a job well done

You're a Perfect Fit If You:

Have 1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination Are naturally organized, proactive, and people-loving Can talk to vendors, clients, and guests like a total pro Stay cool under pressure and actuallylike a good challenge Know your way around Google Docs, Excel, Canva, or event software Are flexible to work evenings/weekends (because events don't always happen 9-5) Are a team player with a touch of sparkle ?

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience in social media, content creation, or event marketing Can decorate a room with style AND stay within budget Know how to make an epic guest experience from start to finish
