EVENT EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of events, including logistics, budgeting, and on-site coordination.

Develop creative event concepts, proposals, and timelines.

Liaise with vendors, sponsors, suppliers, and venue partners to ensure smooth event operations.

Handle event setup, registration, signage, decor, and technical arrangements.

Coordinate with marketing and design teams for promotional materials and event publicity.

Mange invitations, guest lists, and on-site staff assignments.

Ensure all events are executed within budget and timeline.

Prepare post-event reports, analyze feedback, and propose improvements for future events.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to support future collaborations.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and d regulatory requirements for all events.

Design and deliver engaging training sessions or workshops as a certified trainer.

Support trainers, facilitators, or speakers in developing materials and presentations.

Requirement

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

TTT (Train-the-Trainer) Certification is required.

Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Creative, proactive, and a good team player.

Willing to work flexible hour during event days

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
