Qualification and Education Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree Marketing or equivalent .
• At least 2 years\' working experience in related field us required for this position.

Preferred Skills:

• Computer literacy - Excel, Words, Power Points, POS System and etc.
• Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires deal with mandarin speaking suppliers/ vendors.
• Able to work multi-tasks efficiently and effectively in line with management\'s plan.
• Willing to learn, possess strong interpersonal skill, good positive attitude committed and communicate well with all levels.
• To complete the allocated assignments within a stipulated time frame and able to work under pressure.
• Possess own transport.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam, Seksyen 22

Tanggungjawab

• Assist in implementing the group of companies\' event campaign strategy across multichannel platforms to generate awareness, increase sales & business opportunity.
• Plan and organize events with close attention to details to ensure events are well managed.
• Coordinates sales campaign and event setting up and dismantle.
• Liaise with the respective internal departments and external parties to ensure all events run smoothly.
• Responsible to take care company asset used in event.
• To assist compile and report event sales report upon completion of events.
• Basic merchandising, stock replenishment, purchase order generation, stock maintenance and checking while event on going.
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks from time to time assigned by supervisor.
