- Liaising with clients to find out the exact event requirements - Annual Dinner/ Product Launch / PR Event / Store opening etc
- Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts to produce detailed event proposal, suppliers and all event logistics
- Liaising with PR team to publicise and promote the event
- Managing all pre-event planning, organising guest speakers and delegating packs
- Managing a team of staff, giving full briefings
- Conducting post-event evaluation to inform future event
- candidate with more than 2 years of working experience in event management is preferred. Open for fresh grad too!
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint / Google Doc, Sheet, Slide
- Impressive portfolio of previously managed events is a plus
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects independently, time management skill and multitasking skills
