To plan, coordinate, and execute a portfolio of dynamic events, primarily focusing on competition events and roadshows, from initial planning to final execution. The role requires exceptional organizational, logistical, and client management skills.
High Flexibility & Availability: Must be available to work on weekends and outside standard office hours as dictated by event schedules. The role necessitates a high level of responsiveness, including monitoring and responding to messages during events, on weekends, and while on leave (with a requirement to ensure seamless coverage by a designated colleague if unavailable).
Extensive Travel: Must be willing and able to undertake significant local and international travel. This includes managing local roadshows and competitions on weekends, as well as leading/supporting international events, with trips typically lasting 5 days or more.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Preferable proven experience as an Events Planner or Organizer
