The Role

We're looking for an

Event Executive

who's passionate about events and eager to learn the ropes of project management.
You'll work alongside our Project Managers to plan, coordinate, and execute live brand activations, ensuring every detail runs smoothly from concept to completion.

What You'll Do

Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and campaigns. Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Assist in briefing designers on event visuals and collaterals. Prepare event documents, checklists, and post-event reports. Manage logistics -- deliveries, manpower, and setup arrangements. Be hands-on during on-site setup, event day, and teardown. Help maintain project timelines and ensure brand standards are met.

Who You Are

Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Passionate about events, teamwork, and fast-paced environments. Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to get hands-on. Good communication and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Able to work weekends or extended hours during event periods. Having own transport is a plus.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
