Description:
Managing different stakeholders (KOL, suppliers, crews & clients) and coordinating events to deliver quality experience. Assist event team to plan event and preparation from start to finish within budget according to the requirements. Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur. Assisting on-site operations during event (Petrol claims provided if you are required to use your own transport). Night shift & OT allowance provided.
Requirements:
Candidate must be currently pursuing diploma or bachelor's degree in Event Management/ Business/ Administration/ Management/ Marketing or equivalent. Strong command of
English
. Has driving license (Class D). Hasown transport to travel around
. Excellent in interpersonal skills and communication skills. Responsible, positive and self-driven.6 working days (might off on weekday)
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
