Job Description

\xe2\x80\xa2 Oversees all operations from development, production, right up to delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and implement all operations within an event or exhibition, including, but not limited to: staff, food, beverage, AV / tech support, structure set up, decor and payment \xe2\x80\xa2 Contact point for all clientele; ensured host of event was pleased whilst building strong communication ties and excellent rapport. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with different departments to guarantee successful events; such as marketing, sales team, suppliers \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare event-specific checklists and worksheets detailing items needed for specific event pack out. \xe2\x80\xa2 Travel to offsite events to provide event support and delivery of crucial event items.
