Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination:
Arrange and manage logistics for event materials and equipment.
Inventory Management:
Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure all necessary items are available for events.
Production Oversight:
Monitor production schedules and quality standards to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
Permit Management:
Obtain and manage event and working permits.
Event Setup & Coordination:
Assist in event setup and coordinate on-site operations for smooth execution.
Vendor Communication:
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, permits, and operational processes.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Event Management, or related field.
Experience:
1-2 years in operations, logistics, or event coordination roles (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Organizational Skills:
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Communication Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Tech Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Forms.
Transportation:
Must own a car or motorbike for daily operations.
