A Day in the LIFE



Driving sales target achievement and ensure project success through cross-functional collaboration. Build and maintain positive client relationships to foster potential business opportunities. Manage client expectations for projects, events, or exhibitions. Generate sales leads, leveraging marketing support and external cues. Conduct project site visits, gather feedback, and explore new client engagements. Participate in networking events to secure new business. Collaborate with clients on project details, design concepts, and exhibition requirements. Budgeting, cost management, and tender document preparation. Support project delivery oversight and operational issue resolution. Address additional ad-hoc team requirements.

Who we are looking for



Minimum Degree/Diploma, preferably in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Prior experience in event / exhibition / tradeshow project management or any related industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply showcasing your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and relevant skills/experiences gained during studies and internships.

Frequent travel is required, owning a car is a must.

Able to travel outstation and overseas independently.

Able to work during weekends and public holidays when necessary.

Required languages: Fluent in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Project. Good communication skills. Pragmatic, meticulous, and multitasker. Knowledge of furniture, materials, and finishes will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
