Role & Responsibilities
As a Footer Event Promoter, you will:
Actively engage with event attendees to introduce and promote Footer's functional sock range (sport, compression, waterproof, etc.).
Educate visitors about the key features and benefits: antibacterial protection, breathability, durability, and specific use-cases.
Demonstrate product samples -- show different sock types, let people feel the fabric, and highlight performance benefits.
Answer customer questions clearly, and refer more technical queries to a supervisor or product expert.
Assist in selling socks (if booth is doing direct sales) -- handle orders, explain sizing, and process transactions or direct to Footer's e-commerce.
Maintain a clean, well-organized promotional booth: restock samples, manage displays, and ensure presentation quality.
Collect feedback from customers -- what they like, concerns, or suggestions -- and report back to the marketing team.
Help with basic inventory management (count product samples, report low-stock items).
Support crowd control and manage queues if the booth gets busy.
Requirements
Strong communication skills; confident talking to people and able to adapt messaging based on the audience (sports lovers, health-conscious, etc.).
Interest in health, fitness, or active lifestyle is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods, work a fast-paced event, and lift/move product boxes.
Available for
all event days
(18-21 December).
Basic numeracy for handling stock and sales (if applicable).
Friendly, proactive, and self-motivated.

Pay: RM150.00 per day
