Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate enquiries, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their event needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage team building events from start to finish, including event planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite event execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and event production, to ensure successful event delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and event packages to clients, highlighting the unique value and benefits of partnering with Bomb Battle.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and event details in the RM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and event planning process, addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update promotional materials, sales collateral, and digital content to support sales efforts.
  • Support the team in post-event activities, including gathering feedback, analyzing event success metrics, and contributing to event debrief meetings.
