Responsibilities

Approach and build partnerships with schools, colleges, and event organizers.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive participation and revenue for school programs, exhibitions, and streetwear events

Manage booth or event activities and achieve on-site sales targets - , including client outreach, follow-ups, and event participation.

Handle online sales tasks when not attending events -- including responding to leads, preparing quotations, and following up with customers.

Plan and execute sales strategies based on current marketing directions.

Coordinate with the marketing team to plan booth setup, promotional campaigns, and branding activities.

Conduct short product presentations or educational talks during school programs with the help of other member's team.

Prepare post-event reports and provide feedback for future improvements.

Work closely with management to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Creative thinker

with strong attention to detail and a

customer-centric mindset.

Able to work independently and adapt to different work environments (office, event, or remote). Possess own transport

Willingness to work flexible hours,

including weekends or evenings, based on event schedules. Proactive, disciplined, and comfortable working both in-office and on-site. Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience in event sales, field marketing, or B2B/B2C engagement is an advantage.

What We Offer

Basic Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500

Attractive Sales Commission up to RM1000-2000 + Travel Allowance

-Basic Salary + Commission : RM3000 - RM4500
