Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Taking phone calls, whatsapp, email from client
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining open and consistent communication with clients throughout the planning process.
Liasing with event crews, operation team & vendors for event.
Ensure events are executed flawlessly and within budget, and that all customer needs and requirements are met.
Stay current on industry trends, new products, and competitors\' offerings.
