PURPOSE With the aspiration to build a sustainable property investment ecosystem, Vincent Nee founded Vince Group in 2020 through merging his multiple real estate businesses. Currently, Vince Group key business includes, property development advisory, investment training, property investment, finance advisory, interior design, renovation and property management. (a) Identify the client\'s requirements and expectations for each event. (b) Liaise with vendors, during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order. (c) Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes. (d) Maintain event budgets. (e) Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers. (f) Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client\'s standards. (g) Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems (h) Evaluate event\'s success and submit reports (i) Research and anaylze sales option to ensure to meet the sales target (j) Attend to customer service and after sales support. (k) Lead Vince Academy workshop / events (include offline and online) and ensure the events are well plan and smooth. Requirement : (a) Bachelor\'s Degree in Event Management/Mass Communication/Marketing or equivalent (b) Proven 1 - 3 years or experience in event management would be an added advantage (c) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin (d) Able to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam (e) Willing to travel and able to work outstation for Vince Academy workshops as and when required (f) Excellent communication skill and team & result orientated leader
