Event Specialist

to lead and execute a wide range of events from corporate activations to weddings, school events, bazaars, and festivals.

What You'll Do:

Sales & Client Engagement

Pitch and close B2B deals with corporates, agencies, planners, and schools. Drive B2C sales at public events -- festivals, bazaars, malls. Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Event Planning & Logistics

Coordinate all event details: stock, equipment, manpower, and logistics. Liaise with vendors and internal teams for smooth deliveries and setup. Ensure all materials (charms, Instacards, QR signage, backdrops) are ready and organized.

On-The-Day Event Management

Be the lead on-site -- oversee setup, execution, and tear-down. Manage on-ground team: assign tasks, brief staff, and solve issues in real time. Ensure top-notch customer experience and engagement. Monitor booth layout, equipment, and stock display. Report event highlights, sales, and learnings.

Manpower & Vendor Coordination

Recruit, brief, and manage part-timers or freelancers. Handle schedules, task assignments, and performance checks. Work closely with vendors to ensure quality and timeliness.

Post-Event Follow-Up

Coordinate fulfillment of customer orders from QR sales. Deliver post-event reports: sales, leads, inventory used, staffing notes. Support feedback collection, upselling, and follow-up campaigns.

Events set up and wrapped up on time Sales targets hit (B2B & B2C) Booth 100% ready by opening time Smooth customer experience from start to finish Accurate post-event reporting High satisfaction from clients and teammates

Who We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in event execution, retail activations, or client-facing roles Confident leading on event days organised, calm, and assertive Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel for events Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
