Requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing (in FMCG) or a related field (preferred).
Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Physical stamina for on-site event coordination.
Possess own transport.
Able to start immediately is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Able to plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of events.
Establish and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
Collaborate with and manage vendors.
Oversee event setup.
Conduct post-events evaluations to gather feedback from clients and customers.
