Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Set up, operate and dismantle Audio Visual equipment (e.g. microphones, projectors, LED screens, speakers, etc.) Ensure Audio Visual equipment is tested and functioning before events Manage the Audio Visual system during live events Liaise with clients on their AV system requirements in real time Coordinate with facilities teams for network or power needs related to Audio Visual setups Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including schedules, logistics and vendor communication Liaise with internal teams, clients and vendors to understand event requirements Oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure all logistics are executed as planned Provide on-site support and act as the point of contact during events to address issues promptly Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Audio Visual, Event management and tourism. Deep understanding of various Audio-Visual equipment, signal flow and control system. Good in communication & writing both Bahasa Malaysia & English Ability to quickly diagnose and fix technical issues with sound, video and lighting equipment. Fresh Graduate or 2 - 3 years of working in related field are welcomed to apply.
