• Take the lead on each event project assigned by your head of the department.
• Learn, understand, and operate the company\'s event technology, including event software and interactive gimmicks.
• Meet with clients, comprehend their event requirements, and assist them in utilizing our event software for successful event management.
• Educate and advise clients on our event technology solutions, ensuring a strong and lasting relationship.
• Provide on-site event coordination support when our team or clients use our software for events.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as tech and creative teams to deliver optimal results to clients.
• Manage and negotiate with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of all event projects.
