As a Service Manager - Events Manager, we rely on you

• Take responsibility in managing all local events
• Engage with guest and always look for ways to enhance guest services.
• Work closely with the F&B and Culinary team in delivering exceptional service
• Supervise and motivate the team to meet service and revenue goals

We are looking for someone who * Preferably with 4 - 5years experience in a similar role in an international hotel

• Possess strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Had eye for details and able to provide best fit solutions for guests.
• Self starter, goal oriented and has ability to drive change
• Always keep up to-date with latest industry trend and market practices

The ideal applicant must have full working rights in Malaysia.
