Assist in coordinating seasonal events and pop-up activations from planning to execution.
Handle logistics including inventory preparation, vendor liaison, event supplies, and transportation scheduling.
Maintain event timelines, checklists, and calendars to ensure smooth delivery.
On-site Execution
Support setup, styling, and breakdown of events.
Manage guest experiences, customer service, and resolve on-the-spot issues.
Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth in all public-facing activities.
Creative Coordination
Work with visual merchandising and creative teams to style spaces in line with brand aesthetics.
Prepare internal briefs for event and display coordination.
Marketing & Promotion Assistance
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and engaging social content.
Post-event Wrap-up
Assist in compiling reports on sales uplift, customer footfall, and feedback.
Requirements
Male candidates only (due to role requirements involving manual setup and event logistics).
Passion for fashion, customer engagement, and brand storytelling.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during events.
Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
Physical stamina to assist with event setups and breakdowns.
