Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage existing client relationships to secure repeat business. Actively seek out and secure new business from various sources like corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners. Present compelling proposals for groups, events, and room blocks, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets. To acquire thorough knowledge on the products that need to be marketed such as hotel room types, banquet facilities, in-house facilities, services available etc Coordinate with the hotel operations team (e.g., F&B, Front Office) to ensure seamless event execution

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Fast learner, passionate and team-work 1-2 years of working experience in hospitality industry or relevant industry Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
