Perform order checking and order governance when process sales order documents to comply with company Sales Management Policy & Regulations and related guidelines issued by respective department in order to achieve 1st pass rate sales orders.
Ensure customer order and all related order documents eg. Agreement, Sales Simulations, ORF/RRF, Novation & resite documents to be created in ITSS system in accordance with company Sales Management Policy & Regulations and related guidelines issued by respective department.
Follow up and keep track outstanding documents (sales order related) with order admin for timely order release and order gross in. Consolidate monthly order tracking and submit to sales managers timely.
Assist in bulk deal preparation
To provide administration support in Major Account in terms of preparing all information related to customer and machine information.
Collaboration with BSSO team to cross check on all customer related information when preparing sales documentations.
Familiarize with type of agreement to be use in different bulk order process.
General Administration
Perform all administrative and secretarial functions supporting department
Setting appointments/scheduling meetings include room arrangement
Attend meeting and prepare meeting minutes and other correspondence
Arrange for staff\'s outstation and overseas business travelling include hotel and flight booking.
Assist in preparing of reports presentation material and monthly sales report.
Managing office equipment example papers, stationery, paper usage and copier machine.
Perform housekeeping and assist in the facilities/securities management of office.
Ad Hoc assignments as and when required by sales administration manager / Senior Manager / General Manager
