EXECUTIVE, ABMS STANDARD & COMPLIANCE (SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR) Job Purpose: 1. Assist the Head of Department (HOD) and Head of Unit (HOU) in developing, implementation throughout organisation, compliance, review and continuous improvement of: MS ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) Standard Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Policy and ABMS Procedure Manual Adequate Procedure under Section 17A (5) MACC Act 2009 (Amendment 2018) Corruption Risk Management 2. Assist Head of Dept. and Head of Unit on matters related to ABMS Certification: Internal Audit on MS ISO 37001:2016 ABMS Corruption Risk Management Board of Directors Reports Management Review reports Accountabilities: 1. Ensure the efficient of the on premise servers and cloud-based infrastructure including the hardware and operating system of all production and development environments. Assistance with project monitoring, analytical support, and compliance as needed. track and ensure adequate and timely resolutions to all audit/review issues relating to IT infrastructure services 2. ABC Policy & ABMS Procedure Assist in the development, expansion and implementation of ABC Policy Procedure for the company and Group Assist in the review of ABC Policy & ABMS Procedure to ensure it remain relevant and aligned with the development of ABC laws regulations Assist the HOU in preparation of Rice Mills and Warehouse ABMS Manual 3. MS ISO 37001:2016 ABMS Standards Assist in planning and performing ABMS Internal Audit for the company and Group to assess compliance to ABC Policy and ABMS Procedure in place Draft ABMS internal audit report for Team Leader/ Manager\'s review Facilitate and attend to all Certification Body request to ensure completeness and sufficient documents are timely produced to facilitate smooth audit process Assist in implementing corrective action on Non-Conformance and Opportunity for Improvement raised by Certification Body as well as Internal Audit Organise record and safekeeping of standards requirement related documented for ease of access and retrieval Assist in preparation of ABMS Top Management Review i.e meeting agendas, reports, statistic and other documentations 4. Corruption Risk Management (\'CRM\')/ Bribery Risk Assessment Assist the Head of Unit in performing CRM and is align with the ERM Policy and Procedure Assist in planning and preparation of CRM for the Division/ Dept./ Subsidiary Compile, challenge and present the CRM risk register submitted by risk owners Ensure the mitigating action plan in place have been implemented by the risk owners Assist HOU in the Adequate Procedure training and Bribery Risk Assessment Assist HOU in monitoring effectiveness of the Bribery Risk Action Plan Job Requirements: 1. Qualification: Bachelor\'s Degree in any field - Business, Accounting, Economics, Laws, Information Technology or any related discipline. 2. Years of Working Experience: Between 3 to 5 years 3. Specific Knowledge: Understanding of Company\'s operational needs and aspiration 4. Skills: Focus in delivering assigned task timely and perseverance Teamwork and receptive to others views Good commitment and discipline Analytical skills Resourceful & innovative Internet of things 5. Personal Attributes: Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels Independent and a team player Initiatives and self esteem
