Global Integrated Technology Solutions Company focusing on the Aerospace, Analytical, Automotive, Healthcare, Industrial, Industrial Automation, Life sciences and Semiconductor segments. Offering global integrated design, prototyping, NPI, manufacturing and supply chain solutions.

Remuneration: Attractive Basic + Transport allowance

Position: Executive, Account Management

Role and responsibilities

Monitor progress of customer orders with inter departments to ensure the completion of projects and on time delivery.

Follow up closely on sales order fulfilment and update customer order requirements and progress.

Meeting with existing & potential customers.

Prepare and administer the quotation, costing and budget for customers.

Prepare monthly sales report, track project milestones and deliverables.

Responsible for maintaining the key customers relationship

Qualification

Diploma holder or equivalent qualification from any discipline.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Customer service/ sales admin support experience from manufacturing environment is advantage.

Computer literate (Microsoft office) or Knowledge in SAP System is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with all level of people.

Good planning and follow up skill.

Proactive, aggressive and pleasant attitude.

Opportunities to handle oversea projects.
