We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Executive, Accounts

to join our Finance team. This role involves handling the full spectrum of accounting activities, with focus on

Management Accounts (MA), General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting

.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain full set of accounts, including

Fixed Assets (FA), General Ledger (GL), and Management Accounts (MA)

Prepare

monthly management reports, financial statements, and reconciliations

Monitor

cash flow

and assist with

budgeting and variance analysis

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting;

Professional qualification

(e.g. ACCA, CIMA, MICPA) is an added advantage Minimum

3 years of experience in accounting

, including

2-3 years in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes Preferably with experience in

palm oil refinery or food manufacturing

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Result-oriented, proactive, able to meet tight deadlines, and committed to continuous improvement Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Good communication and interpersonal skills.
