The pride in our brand fuels a workplace that encourages creative thinking, champions experimentation, and promotes authenticity which has contributed to our enduring success.If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile...every single day.As the Executive - Account Receivable, you will be responsible forCredit Management - managing customer financial information and assessing customer credit risk, responsible for recommending and updating credit limits periodicallyCollections - identify, highlight and resolve outstanding collections or deductions and negotiate account balances, pre-empt Management of potential risk to collectionsCash application - processing cash payments timely and creation of residual itemsDeduction management - Analyzing short payments and matching the offsetting credit to the proper promotional event, pricing issue or quantity disputeCredit held releaseMonitor customer\'s aging balance proactively & timely updates to managementFollowing up customer\'s bank guaranteeManaging deduction by creation of dispute items and billing of credit notesUpdating invoices in customer\'s portal for collection purposeProcessing collection receiptsAudit & Compliance - performing GL reconciliations to ensure all the checks and controls are in place for AR-related ledgers, dealing with auditors and audit queries, SOX compliance & submissionsComplies with all Colgate Finance policies and standards in day-to-day workPerforms other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:Holds a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting and/or FinancePossess at least 3 years of diversified financial experienceStrong Excel and Google Sheets skillsSAP ProficiencyExcellent oral and written communication skillsGood analytical and problem solving skills.Proactive in highlighting & identifying issues and able to put forth recommendations with factual reasoningAccountable to timelinesMeticulous with detailsOur Commitment to Sustainability
