Administrative 1. Administration point of contact between company management and Clients 2. Support Public Relations activities for the company. 3. Oversee all administrative tasks in the office in compliance with company-established policies and procedures and local/ regional legal, fiscal, and statutory requirements. 4. As required, assist in securing necessary permits for the company\'s office, staff, and consultants. 5. Coordinating with facility management for staff, visitors, and customers 6. Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems, including filing MOUs and vendor contracts. 7. Coordinate and provide administrative support for Board meetings. 8. Provide administrative support for the CEO, such as meeting scheduling and travel arrangements. 9. Manage and provide administrative support contract expiry with partners/suppliers. 10. Manage and provide administrative support to market WARPL Services globally. Human resources: 1. Handle recruitment processes such as posting advertisements, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interviews, employment contracts, etc., aligned with local regulations, Company policies, and procedures. 2. Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff. 3. Manage the work pass applications (Work Pass/Security Pass/Employee Pass) and status, including monitoring the expiry dates. 4. Statutory follow-up for Registrations/ Employee documentation/ Visa/ 5. Prepare confirmation letters and monitor contract expiry for renewals. 6. Update and manage employee records. 7. Perform other duties as assigned.
