Job Description

1. Human Resources Administration:

Oversee HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulations in all HR practices.

Maintain employee records, including personal information, contracts, performance reviews, and benefits enrollment.

Support employee relations and manage inquiries regarding workplace policies, benefits, and leave.2. Payroll Management:

Administer payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages, deductions, and benefits.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, benefits, and statutory requirements.

Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate payroll records for internal and external auditing purposes.3. Group Insurance Administration:

Administer company group insurance policies, ensuring all eligible employees are enrolled and covered.

Facilitate the claims process and provide support to employees regarding their benefits.

Ensure timely renewals and handle adjustments to coverage as necessary.

Monitor and manage insurance premiums, ensuring timely payments and coverage updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
