To coordinate registration, enrollment, and attendance tracking for various training and advisory programs.
To assist in managing client and participant enquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of complaints.
To support the licensing, onboarding, and documentation processes for consultants and clients
To contribute to continuous process improvement and ensure service efficiency
Job responsibilities:
Handle
daily administrative tasks
including data entry, correspondence, document preparation, and filing
Maintain up-to-date participant registration and enrollment records for all training and advisory programmes.
Monitor programme attendance, completion status, and prepare related reports.
Follow up on enquiries and complaints received from clients, consultants, and participants to ensure timely response and resolution.
Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of licensing and compliance-related documents.
Support the operations team in client onboarding, documentation, and internal audit preparation.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on pending action items.
Liaise with external parties such as regulatory authorities, service providers, and vendors as required.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper maintenance of company records and communications.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the superior to support departmental objectives
Job requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or operations experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Knowledge of financial advisory or capital market operations is an added advantage.
