Job Description


Salary Offered: Up to RM3,500

Contract Period: 6 months contract and extended another 3 months based on performance

Location: Integra Tower, The Intermark Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities: * To assist in managing, maintaining, compiling, filing of project report.

  • To co-ordinate work schedule, office memo etc.
  • To handle paperwork for projects.
  • To assist project team keep track and update status of project with regards to progress and deadlines
  • Responsible for all administration matters but not limited to service agreement, tenancy agreement, fixed asset listing, office & outlet insurance, company vehicles, corporate telephone lines, office equipment etc.
  • Responsible for the management and control of office facilities include renovation, service and repair.
  • Supervise, monitor and evaluate the service and performance of outsourced service providers include cleaners, security guards, contractors, telco, pest control etc.
Requirements: * Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Admin / Operations
  • Have 2-3 experience as Admin Executive.
  • Capability to use Microsoft Office.
  • Able to join immediately
