Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of an office environment
Perform general and various administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the Team
Providing assistance to the real estate administrator and/or agent
Assist in the preparation of presentations for meetings
Assist in sms/wa blasting to potential listings
Assist the Team in uploading/updating property listings to website/systems
Reply to incoming correspondences from seller/purchaser/solicitors/end financiers in regards to documentation of loan, billing, collection, sub sales, refinance, auction, perfection of title and etc
