Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Professional and customer services-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of an office environment
  • Perform general and various administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the Team
  • Providing assistance to the real estate administrator and/or agent
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for meetings
  • Assist in sms/wa blasting to potential listings
  • Assist the Team in uploading/updating property listings to website/systems
  • Reply to incoming correspondences from seller/purchaser/solicitors/end financiers in regards to documentation of loan, billing, collection, sub sales, refinance, auction, perfection of title and etc
