Job Description


As an Administrative Support Staff member, you will assume a crucial role as the administrative support for the Admin Department. The Admin Department supports all HQ functions, but is responsible for the office administration including purchasing and also functions as the Group Travel Desk. Provides administrative support for the Corporate office. Handles purchasing for Corporate office Handles upkeep and maintenance of corporate office. Raises PR/PO and keys in entr e sheets for all purchases within the Corporate office. Make travel arrangements for Wasco Group. Backup receptionist as and when required. Requirements: SPM/Diploma/ Certificate in secretarial services/office management. 1 to 3 years of experience in an office environment in a similar role. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Good knowledge of MS Office. Experience in SAP would be advantageous. Kindly be informed, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
