supports IMU's Advancement & Alumni initiatives by producing media content, managing communications, and assisting with partnership activities. The role helps strengthen relationships with alumni, partners, and the community through storytelling, outreach, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Media & Content
Plan, shoot, and edit photos/videos for events, campaigns, and social media.
Maintain a media library and ensure high-quality outputs for digital and press use.
PR & Communications
Support media relations, press releases, and visual storytelling.
Manage alumni-facing platforms (social media, website/portal).
Assist with event messaging, campaigns, and publicity.
Alumni & Community Support
Assist in alumni programmes, reunions, and networking events.
Provide creative and PR support for student-alumni initiatives.
Capture event media for post-event use.
Partnerships & Sponsorships
Provide admin and creative support for outreach.
Help prepare proposals, decks, and post-event reports.
Support partner recognition through branding and content.
Data & Reporting
Maintain records of alumni, partners, and media contacts.
Assist in preparing reports and engagement summaries.
Qualifications & Experience
University degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in at least two of the following areas:
Creative production (photo/video)
PR/media
Community or corporate relations
Fundraising/sponsorship marketing
