Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Role Purpose



To manage the distribution of marketing toolkits, ensure brand and principal compliance, and uphold ethical sales practices across the EON Sales Agency network. This role safeguards the agency's reputation by maintaining consistent messaging, monitoring compliance, and reinforcing policies through regular training and spot checks.

Marketing Toolkit & Distribution



Distribute starter kits to agents, including e-brochures, pricing guides, marketing plans, playbooks, training videos, and digital assets.

Ensure all messaging, promotions, and agent materials align with principal and brand standards.

Coordinate approvals for marketing materials with internal teams and principals.

Brand & Principal Compliance



Monitor sales practices, promotional campaigns, and advertising content for strict compliance with brand and principal guidelines.

Conduct random spot checks to assess adherence to approved sales scripts, visuals, and communication standards.

Training & Capability Building



Conduct regular training sessions, refreshers, and onboarding programmes to ensure agents understand brand values and ethical sales practices.

Provide coaching and knowledge-sharing to improve consistency in messaging and customer engagement.

Develop quick-reference guides, FAQs, and micro-learning modules for field use.

Partner with Learning & Development to integrate compliance and marketing standards into agent training curriculum.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement



Liaise with principals, brand managers, and internal departments to align campaigns with strategic direction.

Support communication flow between management and agents regarding updated promotions.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that integrate both principal-driven and local initiatives.

Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing activities.

Qualifications & Requirements



Education -

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience -

1 to 3 years in marketing coordination, compliance monitoring, or brand management (automotive or agency-based industries preferred).

Skills -



o Strong knowledge of marketing principles and compliance processes.

o Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

o Good communication and presentation abilities.

o Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
