Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel plans
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
Handle professional emails, calls, and follow-up communications
Organise files, personal documents, proposals, and project folders
Assist with events, workshops, bookings, and logistics
Support with customer follow-ups, marketing email drafts, and promotions
Run occasional errands and liaise with suppliers/vendors
Update social media content, Canva posters, or simple reports
Maintain confidentiality and act as the liaison between director and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Experience in admin, coordination, or PA roles
Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus!)
Tech-savvy - familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, basic IT tools
Good communication, time management & problem-solving skills
Able to work independently, multitask, and plan ahead
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
Willing to travel occasionally or assist during trainings/events
Bonus if You Have:
Background or interest in branding, HR, event planning, marketing
Basic skills in photo/video editing or online content creation
Able to support client email campaigns or product marketing
