Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable and intelligent Executive Assistant to Chairman & CEO. This role requires strong organizational skills, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.

Preferably, female.



Key Responsibilities



Manage and organize the Chairman's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments Prepare reports and management summaries Assist with financial data handling, tracking, and basic analysis Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups on behalf of the Chairman Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements & Skills



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and multitasking ability Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and financial data High level of intelligence, initiative, and attention to detail Able to work independently and handle pressure

Personality Traits



Smart, proactive, and quick-thinking Trustworthy and discreet Organized, reliable, and resourceful Able to anticipate needs and think ahead
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
