Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Deputy CEO.
Manage the Deputy CEO's calendar, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Serve as a liaison between the Deputy CEO's office and internal departments, clients, regulators, and external stakeholders.
Prepare executive-level correspondences, presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership meetings and directors' reviews, where necessary.
Monitor and track assigned projects, action items, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
Draft meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on decisions and deliverables.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, responding, where appropriate.
Organize and maintain efficient filing systems for confidential documents and reports.
Handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
