Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and managerial support to the Executive Director.
Draft and prepare letters, emails, and official communications in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
Assist in overseeing day-to day tasks and ensure follow-through on key deliverables.
Handle confidential and sensitive matters with the utmost discretion.
Accompany and assist the Executive Director during work-related travel, locally and internationally.
Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain accuracy and a strong attention to detail in all work outputs.
Support in managing small teams or projects when necessary.
Manage ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong multitasking skills and organizational abilities, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
High level of discretion, commitment, and Discreet, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
Physically fit and able to travel as required, locally and internationally.
Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong willingness to learn.
Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and adapting to dynamic work environments.
Able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations.
Age not less than 36 years old in 2025
