Position Overview
This role begins with a strong focus on Human Resource responsibilities, under the coaching and training of the HR department. The initial scope will involve HR support, recruitment coordination, and organisational development, as well as supporting the PR team training activities.
As the candidate progresses, the role will transition into a
full Executive Assistant function
, providing high-level support to management across business operations, communication and cross-border coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 -- HR Support (Initial Focus)
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead and support HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
Support organizational structure planning and build recruitment and assessment frameworks to ensure effective talent acquisition and development
Provide administrative and operational support to management.
Manage calendars, meeting arrangements, travel logistics and documentation.
Prepare business materials, reports, presentations and briefing papers.
Coordinate communication between leadership and internal departments.
Assist with cross-border engagements, business meetings, events and partner visits.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably from a reputable university.
Strong proficiency in
Chinese and English
(written and spoken).
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and high level of professionalism.
Confident presentation and executive presence suitable for business environments.
Able to travel short-term or be assigned to overseas offices if required.
Experience in administration, HR, event coordination or business support is a plus.
