  • Provide secretarial and confidential support - draft proposals, letters, memos, reports, etc.
  • Schedule, coordinate and attend meeting as and when required.
  • Maintain a comprehensive administrative filing system.
  • Attend to call and general enquiries of the company.
  • Handle any ad hoc task assigned.

Requirements:
  • Must possess at least Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in or Business Studies/
  • Administration or equivalent.
  • At least three (3) years of working experience.
  • Possess good communication skills, strong leadership and with interpersonal
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
