Kelayakan

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role,
  • Required Mandarin speaker.
  • preferably within the F&B or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Tanggungjawab
Administrative Support:
  • Manage the Chairman's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Business Development:
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and markets
  • Coordinate meetings with potential clients, stakeholders, and investors.
  • Support feasibility studies and proposal development.
Public Relations and Marketing:
  • Represent the Chairman in communications with external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and PR strategies.
  • Attend industry events and build relationships with key players in the F&B sector.
Operational Oversight:
  • Monitor the progress of key company projects and initiatives
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure alignment with the Chairman's vision.
  • Provide updates and insights on operational challenges and successes.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare detailed reports, including financial and performance metrics, for board meetings.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on market trends and competitor activity
Hiring and Talent Coordination:
  • Assist in identifying talent needs across the organization.
  • Participate in interviews and hiring discussions when required.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for key hires.
General Affairs:
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and initiatives as directed by the Chairman.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external
  • stakeholders.
  • Manage and track personal and professional commitments.
