Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Inbound Logistics:

Coordinate and monitor the receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials and components. Maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory using ERP systems. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials according to production schedules. Verify supplier documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists.

Outbound Logistics:

Plan and schedule dispatches to customers according to delivery requirements. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for outbound shipments. Coordinate with transporters and freight forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries. Track shipments and resolve transportation or delivery issues promptly.

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

Support warehouse operations including material handling, stock rotation, and storage optimization. Maintain inventory accuracy through periodic stock counts and reconciliation. Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and other material control practices. Monitor and manage warehouse space, ensuring safe and organized storage.

Planning & Coordination:

Assist in production planning by ensuring the availability of required materials. Work closely with the production, purchasing, and quality departments for smooth material flow. Support logistics cost control by optimizing routes, transport modes, and vendor performance. Prepare and analyze daily/monthly logistics and inventory reports.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement:

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in logistics operations. Participate in internal and external audits related to logistics and material management. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce waste.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Fresh Graduate and For Executive Level need experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations (automotive industry preferred). Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel. Strong understanding of logistics processes -- inbound, outbound, and inventory control. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
