Support daily administrative, coordination and secretarial responsibilities.
Act as the point of contact between the internal and external clients.
Communicate and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
Proactively manage daily calendars for multiple business partners
Establish positive relationships with external business partners and/or vendors for effective schedule coordination.
Coordinate and arrange travel, including more complex travel (e.g., international, multi-city travel) for business partners including air, hotel and rental car.
Responsible to the entire COO claim process.
Attend various business meetings as needed; be a minute-taker during meetings and prepare meeting agenda
Create and maintain group lists, distribution lists, spreadsheets, databases and collaboration sites.
Support any ad-hoc tasks and assignments.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
Minimum 4-5 years\' relevant experience in secretarial or administrative support is required for this position.
Candidate with experience in an MNC environment is added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of working independently, with a proactive and meticulous approach
Demonstrates coordination and organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a pleasant personality.
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, etc
