Job description- Maintain business calendar and coordinate travel and meeting schedules-Handle all travel arrangements for senior management-Prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress and key risks-Distribute information, coordinates tasks and action items on behalf of the CEOs office to the team-Maintain contacts directory for key persons-Welcome and host guest/ visitors for the senior management team-Conduct research and prepare reportsRequired- Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Accounting is required.-Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) is required.-Strong communication skills in all three languages.-Able Working 5.5 days
Monday to Friday 8am-6pm
Saturday 8am-12pm
