Job description - Maintain business calendar and coordinate travel and meeting schedules -Handle all travel arrangements for senior management -Prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress and key risks -Distribute information, coordinates tasks and action items on behalf of the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s office to the team -Maintain contacts directory for key persons -Welcome and host guest/ visitors for the senior management team -Conduct research and prepare reports Required - Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Accounting is required. -Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) is required. -Strong communication skills in all three languages. -Able Working 5.5 days
Monday to Friday 8am-6pm
Saturday 8am-12pm
