Job Description


Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Chief People Officers. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of their daily schedules, communications, and operations.

  • Administrative Support: Manage and prioritize the calendars of two Chief People Officers, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Act as the point of contact between the CPOs and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.
  • Documentation: Draft, edit, and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CPOs.
  • Travel Management: Organize travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, team meetings, and other engagements as required.
  • Task Prioritization: Help manage priorities and deadlines for the CPOs, ensuring efficient use of their time.
  • Project Assistance: Support the CPOs in special projects, including research, data collection, and analysis.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
