Job Description


Maintain and coordinate the executive\'s schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure the executive is well-prepared for all engagements. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive. Draft and respond to correspondence as necessary. Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings, and take minutes when required. Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Ensure travel plans align with the executive\'s schedule and preferences. Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and files. Assist with document preparation and proofreading. Research and compile information as requested by the executive. Provide summaries and reports as needed for decision-making. Oversee the executive\'s office operations, including ordering supplies, managing expenses, and coordinating with other staff members. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges promptly. Anticipate the executive\'s needs and proactively provide support. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
